 The terms and conditions for the lifetime buyback scheme provide you with perks of returning the jewellery and getting:

● 100% of the current market price of gold or other metals used in the making of jewellery

● 80% of the market value of the lab-grown diamonds

● No labor or certification charges will be deducted from the refund amount

● Rs 1500/- logistics fee will be deducted from the determining buyback value. ● The refund will be processed via RTGS or NEFT within 21 business days

Easy Steps to Request Exchange or Buyback

To request a return or exchange of the product under the Lifetime Exchange or Buyback Policy, follow these simple steps:

2. Call Us: Call our customer service team at +91-8779264332 to confirm your return package is ready for the reshipment with the required details.

3. We Will Take Care: Once the product is received from our end, we will notify you once the refund or exchange is processed

Important Points to Remember

● The policy is only applicable to orders placed in India

● The Company shall inspect the products, and if satisfied, then the Company shall process for the refunds. No refunds will be processed for any damaged/tampered products
