My Vision for Limelight is to establish itself as a global SUSTAINABLE Luxury jewellery brand from India. We are on a mission and I am excited to announce that limelight is globally the first exclusive lab grown diamond jewellery brand to be certified as ESG+ compliant.
Founded in 2019, Limelight has emerged as India’s largest sustainable luxury jewellery brand offering lab grown diamond studded jewellery. In the last two years, the brand has seen a rapid growth and has the widest reach in the country for LGD jewellery with 20+ stores, 40+ shop-in-shops spread across 35+ cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Lucknow, Chennai, Kolkata, Raipur, Rohtak, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Indore etc
Backed by the world’s largest lab-grown CVD diamond production unit – the Bhathwari Group, that boasts of rough diamond production of over 5 million carats each year, we come with the strength of a wide range of jewellery for our customers. Not only this, but along with the recent strategic investment by the Emerald Group & the partnership helps establish Limelight as a fully vertically integrated brand – a first of its kind in the country.
Lately, Limelight Diamonds was also announced as the first exclusive CVD diamond jewellery brand from India to achieve an ESG+ certification with a Butterfly Mark, a premium respected trust mark by Positive Luxury, a leading UK based accreditation body. This recognition has been attained for their dedication to highest standards of sustainability best practices across ESG+ i.e., Environment, Social, Governance and Innovation with a Butterfly Mark.
In the recent past, recognised by Commerce Minister Hon. Piyush Goyal ji at India’s largest jewellery trade show in Bangalore, Limelight was shortlisted to understand the potential of lab grown diamond jewellery in India. Limelight has also been awarded the ET (Economic Times) Business Icon Award 2020 for Technology Leaders in Sustainable Diamond Creation, and strongly advocates sustainable and conscious living that can maintain the diamond legacy yet preserve the planet for a brighter future.
